Here we present a few examples of timber houses with approximate prices so you can get an idea about the costs of your house.

• Full set of timber framework, assembling works on the client’s foundation (windows and doors aren’t included). House wall made from machine processed 9 cm wide logs. Price 51000 Eur.

A cosy house or bathhouse

• Manufactured from 8 cm wide logs. The price includes all framework and insolation materials, windows, doors and even the bathhouse benches! A spacious terrace and sauna room. You only have to put roof on it. The measurements of the house are 2.6 m x 5.6 m, terrace measurements - 5.6 m x 2 m. In the small room you can easily install a toilet or a shower. Price 11035 Lt.

Wooden garden house – tool shed

• Manufactured from 5 cm wide logs. Measurements are 3 m x 2 m. A full set. We can deliver and install it in Klaipeda region. Price 4800 Lt.

Sales pavilion

• A practical pavilion for sales. The measurements and details of this building have been adjusted for couple of years to correspond to the main requirements for retail sales. The measurements of the pavilion are 2 m x 3m. Price 2720 Lt.

Log house BENAS

• This house can be adapted as a residential house or a summer house. With additional partitions it can be transformed into a spacious bathhouse. Log wall are manufactured from 20 cm wide natural logs, cut down manually according to Norwegian technologies. The price of the framework (all that you see in the layout) is 53845Lt.
